Class Act Music Academy
Class Act Music Academy's Executive Director, Danielle Rakhshanifar, has been teaching students privately for over ten years. Ms. Dani has a passion for making learning music fun, and strives to make sure that music lessons are affordable for all students who wish to learn.
Ms. Dani received a Bachelors degree in Music Education which included the studying of singing, string instruments, wind instruments, and leading ensembles. Ms. Dani went on to continue her studies earning a Masters degree in Voice Performance at San Jose State University. Throughout Ms. Dani's studies and after she maintained a passion for sharing music with her students; this passion eventually led to her receiving the prestigious teaching award, "Emerging Teacher of the Year," which recognized Ms. Dani for her "dedication to constructing an environment where students enjoy exploring and expressing themselves musically and developing their artistic talents."
Class Act Music Academy's main piano instructor, Michael Kuo, has been teaching students privately for almost 10 years. Mr. Michael has a passion for providing quality, pedagogically sound private instruction for both voice and piano.
Mr. Michael received a Bachelors degree in Piano Performance which included the studying of piano playing, piano pedagogy, and accompanying. Mr. Michael went on to continue his studies earning a Masters degree in Voice Performance at San Jose State University. Mr. Michael learned the mechanics of the voice, gained experience in teaching, and continued to accompany, coach, and play piano for a number of voice students while still teaching piano.
